Bethany Westphal is a very busy person.   Like most seniors, Ms. Westphal spends her time doing school work and preparing for graduation in May. At its May 9 meeting, the ����Vlog�ƽ�� Board of Trustees was unanimous in passing a resolution of appreciation that recognizes ����Vlog�ƽ�� President Beverly J. Warren’s five years of extraordinary contributions, specifically implementing a “students first” priority and mindset, leading to a laser-focus on helping students find their purpose and reach the finish line of a college degree. Nathaniel Bailey has been interested in photography for as long as he can remember.   “I first started taking photos on family backpacking trips,” said Mr. Bailey, senior journalism major with a focus in photojournalism. “I love the outdoors, so that was my passion.”   After years of study and practice, Mr. Bailey’s passion has paid off. The ����Vlog�ƽ�� alumni family will grow by 5,300 new graduates as the university holds its spring commencement ceremonies.  The Advanced Degree Commencement Ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 10, at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center (MAC Center) on the Kent Campus.
