ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ Selects Peggy Shadduck to Serve as New Vice President for Regional Campuses and Dean of the College of Applied and Technical Studies

ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ has named Margaret (Peggy) Shadduck, Ph.D., of Richardson, Texas, as its new vice president for Regional Campuses and dean of the College of Applied and Technical Studies. Shadduck was selected following a national search.

2020 President’s Award of Distinction Recipients Announced

ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ President Todd Diacon recently notified 23 ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ staff members that they are the 2020 recipients of the President’s Award of Distinction. The award was created as a recognition program to reward staff members who have demonstrated outstanding achievements, service, leadership and dedication to ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ in advancing the university’s strategic priorities and core values.

Despite the economic impact of COVID-19, alumni, friends, faculty and staff came together to raise $2.3 million to support more than 2,300 students.

ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ Board of Trustees Ratifies Fiscal Year 2020 Efficiency Report That Indicates More Than $31 Million in Savings

The ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ Board of Trustees ratified the university’s Fiscal Year 2020 Efficiency Report and Master Recommendations report, which showed an effectiveness and efficiency savings for Fiscal Year 2020 of $31,286,881. The savings is $6.2 million more than originally estimated.
