Emerging Media and Technology

Makayla Brown is a current junior from Maple Heights, Ohio, majoring in Emerging Media and Technology with a minor in Computer Engineering Technology. She wasn't sure about going to college after high school, but her mother convinced her. And on arriving her mind was changed by her classes. "Once I got here, I loved it."

With a plan to get a job coding after graduation, Makayla enjoys applying her critical thinking skills in her classes, and knows that the EMAT coursework focus will help her build those skills.
