With donations made by the ÌÇÐÄVlogÆÆ½â°æ community, University Dining Services was able to deliver 500 turkeys to Mobile Meals in Akron for the holiday season. Students, faculty and Aramark employees were able to donate money at any dining location throughout the fall semester. All donations were collected and put toward purchasing 500 turkeys during the inaugural Turkey Drive. Campus Executive Chef, Billy Edmondson, was a finalist in the Aramark Culinary Excellence competition in Philadelphia Wednesday. Over 100 chefs participated in multiple phases of the national ACE competition and Chef Billy was one of 15 finalists. During the competition, Billy cooked alongside chefs from Boston University and University of North Carolina Wilmington.
