Introduction to Climbing Clinic
This two-and-a-half hour program covers the basics of indoor climbing including equipment, bouldering, top rope climbing and belaying with an ATC and GriGri device. This program sets up an individual with no prior experience to take our belay test which is required when purchasing a climbing wall membership. Pre-registration IS REQUIRED. There is a 3-participant minimum to run this program.

ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ has partnered with Haymaker Farmers' Market to bring a farmers’ market to the Kent campus. The ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ Farmers' Market provides students with opportunities to learn about the local farming community, select fresh produce and connect with the broader Kent community.

When dealing with serious illness or injury, most people think of the emergency room. However, there are many situations where an Urgent Care Center or Convenience Clinic would be a better choice. Emergency Rooms give priority to life-threatening conditions and injuries. Patients with less critical conditions, even if very serious, often endure long wait times and expensive costs for treatment that would have been faster and more affordable in a different clinical setting. The ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ alumni family will grow by more than 1,200 new graduates as the university holds its summer commencement ceremonies. The accomplishments of the Summer Class of 2022 will be recognized with in-person, outdoor commencement ceremonies and a virtual commencement ceremony on Aug. 20.
